LONDON FOR THREE DAYS? IS POSSIBLE!

My second city of the heart? London, I fell in love in 2012, when I visited for the first time, I was practically inexperienced, my very first trip, far from home, where I had to brush up my English, so I promised that I would revisit that I would have come back, and it happened in 2015, but something told me that visiting it in company would not let me know all the way, even if from the first trip, I had seen a little more .. here is the opportunity, March 2017, the beginning of everything, the journey that gave the go-ahead to all my travels alone, because let me repeat traveling alone is extraordinary, count only on yourself, and do what you want for better or for worse.
So I visited it from top to bottom, leaving out only one Wimbledon thing. I visited in six days all the museums of the English capital, all the wonderful places of this magnificent city .. But I never have enough of London .. so at the beginning of the year, taking advantage of the closure of the restaurant where I work, I decided to go to somewhere, and given the good offer for London I decided to go back to “home” I left January 2 at 13, from Milan where strangely there was a nice warm sun arrival at 15 in a very gray London (as always) and cold, the Gatwick aeroport is really very big and beautiful.

find the railway line it takes a while: I arrived at the northern terminal, and from there they moved with a shuttle (FREE!) to the south terminal. Here the world, I buy the ticket for the gatwick express to 19 pounds, I go down and go to take a train, how nice the ride, look at the villages, the houses mix with the skyscrapers, the old and the new London. Victoria station, when I arrive, is magnificent, always the same, a small city in a railway station, I go out and I go to take the line that brings me to Highstreet kensington, where is my hotel Seraphine hotel, which was right in front of Kensington palace. Leaving the bag, I run immediately into the street, the area where I am is really very quiet and nice, full of small but nice places, and shops like Zara H & M and Mark & Spencer, there are also many nice little shops, like Lovisa, Bijoux shop, where I bought a lot of nice things (of course), I went around, long and wide, the only thing not made are the British Museum and the Victoria and Albert, for the rest I visited Camden Town, Portobello and Wimbledon. Every day traveling with undergrounds and buses, Victoria station, when I arrive, is magnificent, always the same, a small city in a railway station, I go out and I go to take the line that brings me to Highstreet kensington, where is my hotel Seraphine hotel, which was right in front of Kensington palace. perhaps with the brexit, it will be more difficult to visit for those who do not have a passport, perhaps it will be more difficult, but do not worry that London will not stop, and surely there will be alternatives to allow tourists to visit you.
